FRENCH-CANADIAN'S EXPLOIT SPECIAL RUBBER BALL USED. Australian Tress Association—United Service NEW YORK, July 4. A message from Niagara Falls says John Laussier, a French Canadian and a resident of Springfield, Massachusetts, went over the falls safely yesterday in a steel-framed rubber ball.
