ANOTHER HOUSE RANSACKED. [BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] CHRISTCHURCH, Wednesday. Robberies from houses during the absence of occupants are still occurring frequently in Christchurch. Yesterday a thief or thieves entered and ransacked a house in Spreydon, stealing jewellery worth £2O. Money hidden in three or four places in the house was not found. Other thefts have occurred in the same district during the last few weeks. Last week a house was entered and £25 was stolen. Another resident was awakened by a man prowling about the house. In this case a dog was poisoned.
