DESERTION BY HUSBAND.

WIFE GRANTED DIVORCE. On the ground of wilful desertion since 1922, Jessie Oswald, of Whakatane (Mr. Grant), sought, in the Supreme Court yesterday, the dissolution of her marriage with Ferdinand Oswald. The petition was served ori the respondent in London. The parties were married in 1917. and there were two children of the marriage. Mr. Justice Blair granted a decree nisi, with leave to move absolute after three months. The custody of the children was granted to the petitioner.
