GERMAN ELECTION.

COMMENT ON RESULT. INCREASE IN COMMUNISM. United Service. LONDON. May 11. The Berlin correspondent of the Observer says the outstanding facts in connection with the general elwction in Germany are the approach of a peaceful trade agreement between Poland and Germany; the fact that France will see that every measure is taken by Germany to fulfil her obligations; that Russia will have no cause to complain; and that capital and labour will almost certainly meet in a coalition Government. The increase in Communism can be attributed to Russian propaganda, not to German unrest, says the correspondent. If the influence of Moscow is to continue she will have to arrange a less destructive policy in the Reichstag, as decent people are repelled by the offensiveness. and histrignism of Communist members.
