BELGIAN IN CANADA. BREACH QF REGULATIONS. Australian and N.Z. Press Association. TORONTO, May 14. The nine-passenger plane used by Captain Alfred Loewenstein, the Belgian capitalist, was seized by the Customs Department on its arrival from Buffalo, because the department had not been notified in advance of its arrival. The machine was detained pending instructions from Ottawa. Later the" machine was released.
