Australian Press Association —United Service (Received May 15, 10.35 p.m.) NEW YORK, May 15 A message from Manchester, New Hampshire, says a radio message was received there which is believed to have been sent from Japan. It reported the occurrence of an earthquake in the remote Nishifutamo region, in which at least 100 lives were lost. Communication with the affected areas was cut off.
