MODERN COLUMBUS.
ROUND WORLD FLIGHT. SPANISH AIRMAN'S VENTURE. WASHINGTON, May 1. Another Columbus is to set out from Soain this year, according to plans announced by Command ol ' Julio Ruiz do Alda, who is here, arranging for a globecircling air tour in 35 days. Starting in August, he first will fly to the Azpres, then to New York, Havana, Alaska, Siberia, Japan, Manila and Europe, the flight ending at Cadiz. He will use a Dormer Super-Wal flying boat.
