QUESTION OF HEATING. [BY telegraph.—own correspondent.] KAETIBI. Thursday. The annual meeting of householders was held in the Raetihi School, Mrs. A. W. Ash well presiding. A lengthy discussion took place or,i the proposal to instal a central heating system in the school, and it was eventually decided to recommend to the incoming committee that steps be taken to get fullest, details of costs of both hot water and electrical heating systems, so that the matter may be expeditiously dealt with. The committee in its report stated that good progress had been made during the year. The grounds had been considerably improved, and several improvements to the buildings effected. The following were appointed a committee for the year:—Mesdames Ashwell (chairwoman), N. Brown, R. Jennings, Messrs. A. E. Willoughby, L. J. Vile, A. G. Laloli, E. Neary, J. Lynn, G. H. Parkes (secretary). ,
