According to the Vossische Zeitung, the National Peasants' Party in Rumania has planned a revolt against the Government and threatens to proclaim an independent Government at Karlstadt. The leader of the party, M. Maniu, has summoned the members to a congress and it is expected that 300,000 peasants will send delegates and that the resignation of the Prime Minister. M.
