OLD CHARGE OF MURDER. PRUSSIAN MINISTER'S ACTION. _____ * A. and N.Z. BERLIN. April 8. Fearing a miscarriage of justice, the Prussian Minister of Justice has granted to a prisoner namod Dujardin, who has already served nine years of his sentence for murdering his employer, a year's leave from prison for the purpose of a new trial.
