EX-KAISER'S SISTER.
HUSBAND IN LUXEMBOURG. COUPLE ARRANGE TO MEET. (Received April 9, 5.5 p.m.) A. and N.Z. BRUSSELS, April 8. Zoubikoff, the husband of the ex-Kaiser's sister, Princess Victoria, who was expelled from Germany, has gone to Luxembourg, and has arranged to meet the Princess at Tulje, on the Belgian frontier, in a week. The Princess says she is in complete agreement with him, and has written to the Grand Duchess of Luxembourg for permission to stay with her husbttnd in Luxembourg for a time.
