NEW LYNN MURDER.

NORGROVE AGAIN IN COURT. HEARING NEXT WEDNESDAY. Charged with the murder at New Lynn of his sister-in-law, Ernistjne May Norgrove. on her daughters' wedding day, Allan George Norgrove, aged 27, made his second appearance in the Police Court yesterday. The public gallery was crowded, and a number of women occupied the front positions some time before the Court was opened. Chief-Detective Hammond asked for a remand until next Wednesday, and Mr. Allan Moody, who appeared for accused, raised no objection. The magistrate, Mr. W. R. McKean: You will be going on with the case then ? Mr. Hammond: Yes, Your Worship. The remand was granted.
