DEBATE IN THE REICHSTAG. TARIFF ON FROZEN SUPPLIES. (Received March 14, 10.26 p.m.) A. and N.Z. BERLIN, March 14. In the debate in the Reichstag oil the bill to reduce the quota of frozen meat permitted to enter Germany duty free, the Socialist members demanded the total abolition of the import duties on frozen meat. The Democrat members said they could support the bill only if the import duties w'ere lowered.

The representatives of the agricultural Interests demanded the abolition of the quota. The bill was referred to the Committee of Trade and Commerce.
