CHURCH CONSTITUTION.
DISCUSSION IN AUSTRALIA.
ARCHBISHOP WRIGHT'S VIEWS. (Received March 14, 5.5 p.m.) A. nrtd N.Z. SYDNEY. March 14. Archbishop Wright addressed the Anglican Church Synod to-day. He said: "I think we need have no great anxiety about the change in the title of our Church, which has been adopted by the present constitution of the Church of England in Australia. This title contains in it much that appeals to the two classes of churchmen. It retains tho link with the old Mother Church in England, which many people rightly value; it also contains an express definition of our own selfgoverning powers in Australia."
