CLAIM T<3 RECOVER £1177. [by telegraph.—own correspondent.] ' HAMILTON, Wednesday. Decision was reserved by Mi 1 . Justice Blair in the Hamilton Supreme Court today, in the case in which the Texas Oil Company (Australasia), sought to recover £1177 4s from the Waikato Associated Farmers, Limited (in liquidation), for motor spirits and oil supplied. The amount claimed, it was contended, consisted of funds held in trust at the time of liquidation, moneys since collected, and book-debts for oil supplied to the company. The hearing of evidence has occupied two days.
