WINTER FOLLOWS SPRING. SUDDEN SNOWFALL IN BRITAIN. > (Received March 11, 5.5 p.m.) % and N.Z. LONDON, March 10. The delightful spring weather experienced of late was followed fcy sudden snowfalls throughout Britain and the greater part of France and Germany.
