PRESENTATION.
A social and dance was given to Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence and family at Wellsford this week, Mr. Lawrence, staiionmaster, having been transferred to Wellington. A gold wristlet watch was presented to Mrs. Lawrence and a gold fountain pea and cheque to Mr. Lawrence. The hali was crowded.
