GERMAN BATTLESHIP.
INSTALMENT OF £500,000. BUDGET COMMITTEE APPROVES. •A. and N.Z:-Snn. BERLIN, March 5. The Budget Committee of the Reichstag sanctioned, by 16 votes to 12, the first instalment of £500,000 for the construction of a battle-cruiser to protect the Baltic.
