WAR CLAIMS OFFICE CLOSED.

A. and N.Z. BEKLIN, March 5. In consequence of the visit by the demented ex-soldier Heinrich Langkopp with a box of explosives to the office of the War Claims Department, many threatening letters have been received from dissatisfied ex-soldiers. The authorities have become alarmed and have closed the whole building.
