SENATE SUPPORTS INQUIRY. A. and N.Z. WASHINGTON. March 5. The Senate to-day adopted the motion proposed by Mr. Robert F. Wagner, Democrat member for New York, requesting the Secretary, of Labour, Mr. J. J. Davis, to set up a committee to investigate the extent of unemployment in the United States. There was a sharp debate, in which Presidential politics were aired.
