VESSEL SEEKING SHELTER. YACHTSMEN RETURN HOME. [BY TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORRESPONDENT.] WAIHI. Tuesday. The anxiety concerning the party of eight Waihi residents who ( left in a launch for Mayor Island on Saturday afternoon, intending to Teturn on Sunday evening, waii relieved this morning when it was learned that six of the party had arrived back on Monday night. The other two remained on the launch, which is sheltering at the island. It will be taken to Mercury Bay when the weather improves.
