ISSUE OF DEBEN The Company invites applications for Debentures amounting to £200,000, bearing interest at the rate of 6£ per cent, per annum, with a currency of seven years. Debentures will be issued in denominations of £SO, £IOO, £250, or £SOO, as desired. The Debentures will be payable to bearer, but may be registered if desired. Coupons for interest will be attached. £ 150,000 of the money to be raised by this issue of Debentures now offered for subscription is for the purpose of replacing the present issue of per cent. "B " Debentures falling due on the Ist May, 1928. The balance, £50,000, is for the development of the business of the Company. Applications to be sent to the Company at its Office, Wyndham Street, Auckland, up to 12 o'clock noon on the 21st April, 1928, accompanied by a deposit of 20 per cent, of the amount applied for.
