JUDGMENT IN WAIHI CASE.

[BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT. ] WAIHI, Tuesday. Reserved judgment was given to-day in the Magistrate's Court in the case in v/hich the Waihi Borough Council 'proceeded against John Mounsey concerning the supply cf metal. Mounsey counterclaimed for £IOO, for alleged breach of contract. The magistrate found for the borough on both claim and counter-claim, and gave judgment with costs.
