ASSAULT AT WAIHI.
FRACAS IN BILLIARD ROOM.
[by telegraph.—own correspondent.] WAIHI, Tuesday. For assaulting William Downs in a billiard room, George Zaninovich was fined £1 and ordered to pay 15s medical expenses, in the Waihi Magistrate's Court to-day.
