INSTITUTE FOR BLIND.

Owing to the wet weather the annual picnic of the Institute for the Blind, fixed for yesterday, had to ba postponed indefinitely. The outing was to have been held at Takapuna Beach. Mr. Clutha Mackenzie, the director, stated there was a possibility of some function being arranged to compensate for the disappointment.
