(Received February 15, 1.5 a.m.) A. and N.Z. LONDON. Feb. 14. The Earl of Oxford and Asquith is dangerously ill. A bulletin issued last evening by the doctors in attendance upon the Earl stated he was suffering from acute pharyngitis, with bronchial complications, and that his condition was grave. Later it was announced that the patient was unconscious and that his family had been summoned. Lord Oxford was still unconscious at midnight. Lady Oxford had at that time scarcely left the sick room in the 24 hours since Supday, when her husband was suddenly taken ill. He expressed a wish that the family should be called home as soon as possible. At 1 a.m. today Lord Oxford was reported to be sinking. The members of the family were then assembled at the bedside. The latest bulletin issued at 8 a.m. today stated that Lord Oxford's condition is still grave and that he is very muchweaker.
