Tuesday. _ The Press Association ab Hastings has been requested to state that the man giving the alias of Boe GfiffiS, Who was convicted yesterday at Auckland on a charge bf having stolen an attach;-case, is not Mr. Boe Griffiths, tho well-known Hastings jockey. Mf. Boe Griffiths is now in his home town, and h 6 lias n<J connection with the convicted man.
