SUBMARINE SAFE.
MISSING AMERICAN CRAFT. PROCEEDING UNDER OWN POWER A and N.Z. WASHINGTON, Jan. 31. The United States submarine S3, which was reported missing yesterday, is now proceeding under its own power to Guatanamo Bay. There is no report as to the reason for the previons lack ©i communication with the vessel.
