A VERDICT OF MURDER.
ABORIGINES 7 GRIME. At ;in inquest at Darwin recently a verdicSi of murder was returned against persons unknown for the shooting of a man named Repouf.- whose boat was looted near the Daly River on January 3. The evidence showed that the ieceased had a large hole right through the body, near the shoulder blade, into which a man's fist could be placed. The murderers ars supposed to be aborigines, and it is thought their capture "Is probable, with aid of a neighbouring unfriendly, tribe, after the wet season.
