Both the Auckland and Dunedin stations will be silent to-day. The Wellington station will relay a description of the Plunket Shield cricket match at the Basin Reserve this afternoon. The William Renshaw vocal quartette and the Symons-Ellwood-Short instrumental trio will give items at the Wellington •station this evening. The First Canterbury Regiment Infantry 1 Band will be heard at the Christchurch station this evening.
