GOVERNMENT RESIGNS. COALITION PROBABLE. (Received January 22, 5.5 p.m.) A. and N.Z.-Sun. OSLO, Jan. 21. The Government has resigned. The Premier, M. I. Lykke, announces that he has advised King Haakon to invito M. Mellbye to form a Government, probably a burgeois coalition. The Labour Party hvs already refused office.
