CHARGE OF MURDER.
DEATH OF SCHOOLGIRL.
ACCUSED TO PLEAD GUILTY. A. and N.Z. LOS ANGELES, Dec, 28. The youth Hickman, who was arrested i.n connection with the murder of the schoolgirl Marion Parker, says he is determined to plead guilty to the charge of murdei in spite of the advice his lawyer may give, and of the importance of the surgeon's report that the girl died from exhaustion and fright, and not from strangulation. This might give him a strong legal defence.
