ALEXANDRA RACING CLUB.

MEETING AT PIRONGIA. To say that the annual non-totalisator race meeting and Pirongia ia a popular place on Boxing Day was very evident on Monday last, when all the roads led to the popular convincing ground on the banks of the Waipa River. There were visitors from all parts of the, Waikato and Northern King Country, while there werej also representatives from Kawhia, Raglan and over the Matamata side. Tho weather was ideal and the executive officers of the Alexandra Racing Club had every possible detail attended to. The racing itself was decidedly interesting, and some of tho principals were full of excitement.
