The authorities have ordered an inquiry as the result of the discovery of a highlv-organised syndicate, with branches in all the schools, which is distributing Communist propaganda among the scholars, who pay 2s 6d and receive a red shirt and a scarf, the uniform of the ."International Red Pioneers." The scholars are urged to oppose religion, and not to celebrate Christmas, but to observe the Soviet's own festival. SNJUNCTION TO CHILDREN. CHRISTMAS WITHOUT CHURCH. (Received December 22, 10.5 p.m.) Sun. KIGA - Dcc ' 2L The Soviet's Christmas programme includes the usual anti-religious ceremonies. The children are specially urged not to attend the churches.
