MEASURE IN PARLIAMENT. ARRANGEMENTS FOP DEBATE. ("British Official \Vireles3.) (Received December 2, 5.15 p.m.) A. aud N.Z. RUGBY, Doc. 1, Thrco days have been set aside by tho Houso of Lords within tho next fortnight for tho discussion of the measure for Ilia reform of the English Prayer Book. If the measure is rejected by tho Lords, it will be dropped automatically. If carried, it will be debated in the Commons on December 15. The political parties .are divided on the measure. The First Lord of the Admiralty. Mr W. C. Bridgeman. will submit it for approval in the Commons, and the Home Secretary, Sir W. Joynson-Hicks, will probably propose its rejection.
