At the inquest concerning the death of Benjamin Edward Greaves, aged 59, hawker, of Ngatapa, the coroner returned a verdict of suicide by hanging. Deceased was found dead in a whare. Evidence showed that deceased suffered severely with rheumatism. He was living apart from his family. ,
