OBJECTION TO DRAMA. COURT GRANTS INJUNCTION. (Received November 28, 7.5 p.m.) A nnd N.Z. BERLIN, Nov. 27. The ex-Kaiser's lawyer has secured a provisional injunction restraining the theatrical manager, llerr Piscator, from introducing the fallen monarch into the drama by Alex Tolstoi, called " Rasputin." which is playing to packed houses. Ilerr Piscator says he will fight the case to the highest tribunal. The performances are being continued.
