STILL HIGH IN AUSTRALIA. (Received November 28, 5.5 p.m.) A and N.Z. MELBOURNE, Nov. 28. The retail price index number for September in .50 towns for general goods and groceries showed an increase over that of July, 1914, of 56.9 per cent.
