HONEY FUDGE.

Required—One break fastcupful each of castor sugar, Demerara sugar, honey» and milk, one ounce of butter, one tablespoonful of vinegar. Boil together the milk and sugar, stirring frequently until it forms a soft ball when tested in cold water; add tho honey and boil again until the mixture again forms a soft ball when tested in cold water, then add the butter and vinegar. Bring to the boil again, then pour into a greased tin. When set cut into squares. If liked a few nuts may be added to the mixture before taking off the fir*.
