POLICE FIND FACTORY. TWO COMMUNISTS ARRESTED. (Received November 1, 9.18 p.m.) A. and N.Z.-Sun. LISBON, Nov. I. The Portuguese police discovered a Communist bomb factory. They arrested two men who were manufacturing bombs.
