PEERAGE FOR MR, McNEILL. SUCCESSOR TO LORD CECIL. (Received October 29. 5.5 p.m.) A. and N.Z.-Sun. LONDON, Oct. 28. It is announced that Mr. Ronald McNeill, who was recently appointed Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, in succession to Viscount Cecil, who resigned, has been raised to the peerage.
