LABOUR IN BRITAIN.
PARTY SHORT OF CASH. NEVER MORE ENTHUSIASTIC. (Received October 27, 8.50 p.m.) A. and N.Z. LONDON, Oct. 27. The Leader of the Labour Party, Mr. Ramsay Mac Donald, in a speech in his constituency, Aberavon, said his party was facing a general election while hard up. and he did not care who knew it. They were crippled in their finances, but were more enthusiastic than ever.
