COMMERCIAL MAN'S VIEW. LONDON, Oct. 4. " The second £IO,OOO spent on advertising is more effective than the first, and the third is more effective than the second," said Sir Henry Bencraft, in his presidential address to the British Gas Commercial Association. " National advertising is not yet near the limit," he added, " and if we doubled it we would more than double results."
