POLISH CHILD'S FATE.

KEPT IN CELLAR 13 YEARS. FOUND STARVING AND INSANE. (Received October 6. 7.43 p.m.) A. and N.Z. WARSAW, Oct. 5. While the police were searching the house of an eccentric widow named Rosenberg, they found imprisoned in a cellar an insane girl of 18, who had no clothes and was in an emaciated condition. The girl had disappeared 13 years ago when she was a child. The police say they have proof that she has been fed since then on raw potatoes only. The woman Rosenberg violently resisted arrest.
