Tho man kno*n as Captain Coyer, a Finn, whom the Soviet was alleged to have executed as a British spy on Tuesday, is said formerly to Slave been a sailor who vu once in the Tsarist secretservice. Sobsequontly he was prominent as an agent of the Cheka' ia Eg repeats ccsßtries.
It is believed Gsyer was not executed, but has - resumed work for the C&eka under a new name, in spits of the fact that he is known to have sold Soviet secrets abroad. -
