Dance music will he a leaturo of the programmes to be sent out by the Auckland and Christchurch stations this even ing. At nine o'clock the local station will* commence a two-hours' relay of dance music at the Click Clack Cabaret, and at the same time the southern station will relay dance music at the Winter Garden. The Wellington station will broadcast an unusually fine programme this evening. There will be a number of varied instrumental items and in addition a troupe of Maori entertainers will give several items. Among the sports events to be relayed to-day will be a description of tha Rugby football match, Wellington v Auckland, by the local station; a description of the Wellington Trotting Club's meeting at Hutt by the Wellington station: and a description of the Rugby football match, Otago v Canterbury, by the Christchurch station. The Dunedin station will remain silent to-day The four New Zealand stations will broadcast church services to-morrow evening, to be followed by band concerts and vocal and instrumental items. The ex-Auckland baritone, Mr. Kenneth Impett. will sing a number of songs from the Melbourne station, 31.0, this evening. He rs timed to sing at P. 40, 10.10 and again at 11 o'clock.
