RESULT OF THE ELECTION. CRITICISM OF REGULATIONS. The board of managers of the Seddon Memorial Technical College met yesterday. the chairman, Mr. H. S- W. King, presiding. Mr. King was unanimously re-elected chairman of the board. Mr. A. Burt was elected vice-chairman. The result of the recent election was reported as follows :—Representative of parents and pupils' associations, Mr. T. (j Julian; representative of employees' associations. Mr. R. F.
