END OF EVENTFUL TRIP. LONG AND STRENUOUS TOUR. ißritish Official Wireless.) A. and X.Z RUGBY. Sept. 14. The Prince of Wal« and Prince George returned to-day to England from their visit to Canada. Their arrival both at the port of Southampton and at Waterloo Station, London, was devoid of ceremony. The only touch of formality was the readiii s - of a short address at Southampton by the Mayor. In spite of the informal ily of their homecoming large crowds gathered at Southampton and a? Waterloo end cheered the Princes. Captain Alan Lascelies. a member of the Prince of Wales' suite said the Prince was fit arid well after a very s'renuous time. fbev bad had a wonderful and eventful trip both to arid ftoni Or-ada. and everyone had enjoyed it. The Pnnce, said Captain Lascelles, was uniplv delighted with his visit to the Dominion and was particularly impressed by the development of the mining industry The visit was a story of iong hours of travel and countless ceremonies The Prince went to see has ranch, but actually he had only about two clear days there. The remainder of his t:me was occupied by official visits and travels to the Rocky Mountains and the Pacific seaboard. The Prince enjoyed 'he rest on the voyage homo in the liner Empress of Scotland, but he entered whole-heartedly into the amusements on board, and showed the •tune informality that had distinguished the whole of /the tour.
