William James Moore was charged before justices of the peace with the theft of a quantity of bedding, the property of Annie Ballymore, :rom the Midland Hotel, on or about August 13. Accused pleaded not auilty and was committed to the Supreme Court at Hamilton for trial. Bail was allowed in self £l5O and two sureties of £75 each.
