Ryan; delegate to the Wanganui Centre, Mr. S. Simmonds. The Croquet Club wrote asking {or a five year's tenure ot JSo. 2 green tinder certain conditions. After a lengthy discussion it wnc decided to grant the use of the green from year to year, and to compensate the Croquet Ciub. by arbitration, for an?
